I wanted to take a few moments to share with you the wonderful experience I had with your company.

I was gutting my bathroom and intended to do all the work myself. I had a general idea of what I wanted and found items I liked online and at Lowes. I was taking out the tub and replacing it with a walk in shower and needed a shower base and doors so I called RSI and made an appointment. I do admit that at first I was skeptical. I assumed that since I was doing the work myself I would not be taken very seriously... and I also assumed that the few items I needed weren't worth the time of the designer. I could not have been more wrong!

Wendy sat down with me and looked at the items I brought in. She listened to me about my vision and style and was able to give me really good suggestions. She walked with me around the show room and we compared finishes, toilet styles, shower door options and so on. I was so surprised to find out that RSI prices were better than Lowes. Every question was answered and followed up on promptly. I ended up buying the shower base, doors, toilet and vanity from RSI. I had the doors installed as that process intimidated me. The cost was lower than I expected, the installers were great and the products are stunning. I am planning to redo my kitchen and master bath in the near future and I GUARANTEE I will be working with RSI again.
