We have used RSI for 3 separate projects in our home in the last 3 years. Before selecting a contractor, we researched many kitchen and baths contractors with the Better Business Bureau. We were sold on RSI. They have an A+ rating with BBB. Most important to us was to have a contractor we could depend on to be help us with the designing and be accountable during and after the project completion. RSI has met those needs.

We attended the free class they offer to anyone wanting to learn more about how to start a remodeling project. We liked the staff right away. They were professional, flexible and friendly.

Our first project was a kitchen, a full replacement of cabinets and appliances. We got help from the designer every step of the way. It was a long process, but he was very patient and helpful. We wanted some changes to cabinet/appliance placement and needed RSI's help in figuring out the new plan. They had no problem determining what cabinets/appliances would fit our budget and most importantly, would fit our room, and how. We love our new kitchen.

During that project we had a larger budget and were able to choose materials without a big consideration for cost. Our second two projects were for bathrooms and the budgets were much smaller. In both cases, our RSI designer, Debbie Nobis, was able to guide us to more budget materials that she knew would look and wear great yet still satisfy our tastes. We are equally happy with the bathroom results.
