Steve Donovan brings over two decades of hands-on experience in construction, cabinet-making and design to his role at RSI. After studying graphic design in college, Steve discovered a passion for craftsmanship that led him to the world of carpentry—where he became a Union Carpenter, completing a rigorous apprenticeship program to earn his Journeyman certification. He also owned and operated a custom cabinet shop and spent six years with Marc Christian Fine Cabinetry, deepening his understanding of craftsmanship and precision detailing.

Steve’s favorite part of kitchen and bath design is problem-solving—finding innovative solutions to maximize space and bring a client’s vision to life. Known for his calm, steady approach and collaborative spirit, Steve thrives in team environments and believes every challenge has a solution. His diverse background across the many moving parts of construction allows him to anticipate issues, coordinate seamlessly, and ensure each project runs smoothly from concept to completion.
