Project Description

Kinsella Kitchen Renovation

Our client desired a kitchen renovation to bring their builder-grade kitchen into the present day and add special touches to make it feel more unique. They wanted the space to feel both modern and to be a better continuation of the rest of their house and property.

First, RSI greatly enlarged the window over the kitchen sink to let more natural light to flood the space and improve the view into the client’s beautiful backyard. We also removed a wall between the kitchen and living rooms to create a better flow. By adding an island, as opposed to the previous peninsula, the client can seat several people in the kitchen without it feeling closed off from the adjacent rooms. Finishing the space off with black matte fixtures and navy lower cabinets gave this kitchen the style and functionality it craved.
